The project involves the site development and construction of a 816 sq. ft. expansion on the existing Paramedics Building for the City of Fruitland located at 200 S. Whitley Drive, Fruitland, ID 83619 as specified in the bid documents which are in the possession of Architecture Northwest, PA, attn. Randy Haverfield AIA via email at randy@arcnw.com . The City of Fruitland reserves in its discretion the right to reject any and all bids presented and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bid process and/or to re-advertise. If two (2) or more bids are the same and the lowest responsible bids, the City of Fruitland may accept the one it chooses. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER SHALL EXECUTE A CONTRACT within fourteen (14) days of the date of notice of award.
