Renovation of a municipal facility in Anderson, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: 60 Days from Date of Commencement. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $250.00/DAY The successful bidder (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") will be required to furnish a faithful performance bond in the amount of One Hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price, and certificates of insurance as required in the Contractor's Agreement, prior to execution of the Contractor's Agreement. The Contractor's Agreement,which the Contractor will be required to execute, and the performance bond, which the Contractor will be required to furnish prior to execution of the Contractor's Agreement, shall contain language requiring that the Payment (Labor and Material) bond shall be in the amount of not less than One Hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the total contract price of the successful bid as required by state law.
