Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in West Hartford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of exterior restoration of approximately 8,350 sq. ft. of masonry surfaces. The restoration involves masonry repointing, replacement of deteriorated brick, masonry cleaning and water repellant treatments. The project also involves painting of approximately 2,900 sq. ft. of an existing cementitious plaster ceiling and soffits. Existing metal fascia are also being painted. Existing precast concrete vertical and horizontal surface on the balconies are receiving coatings. New floor drains are designed on the concrete balconies. In addition to masonry work, garage doors are being replaced, replacement of caulking, painting of doors and frames, painting of steel lintels and handrails. Replacement of approximately 2,010 sq. ft. of concrete sidewalk and approximately 1,920 sq. ft. of new concrete sidewalk is also part of this project. Lead and PCB abatement is part of this project.
