Sealed proposals for the demolition of existing buildings for the Achille Public School will be received by Achille Public School located at 101 N 5th Ave, Achille, OK 74720 until 2:00PM. Proposals must be mailed, or hand delivered to the Owner on or before the bid opening date and time. This is for the Demolition of existing buildings ONLY. Bidders may obtain complete electronic sets of drawings and specifications by applying to the office of the Construction Manager: Mid-Plains Construction, Inc. 6635 US Highway 70 PO Box 237 Mead, OK 73449 Phone: (580) 924-0288 Fax: (580) 924-0289 mpcbid@midplainsinc.com In general, the project consists of: DEMOLITION OF EXISTING BUILDING(S) for the Construction of New Early Childhood for the Achille Public School Provide all labor, material, equipment, and required insurance to complete all Demolition work per plans, plan notes, bid package, and State and Local Codes. Scope of work to include but not specifically limited to: 1. Complete Demolition work as shown on plan sheets. 2. Disposal of all debris off site is the responsibility of this scope of work. 3. Infill of all depressions made with dirt to provide positive drainage away from existing structures and keep from ponding water. 4. Severing of existing adjacent buildings.
