The Town of Nantucket, through its Town Administration is seeking the services of a qualified "Owner's Project Manager" as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A 1/2 and as further defined by the provisions of this RFQ, to provide Project Management Services for the design, construction, of a Garage and Administration Facility, at 81 South Shore Road, in Nantucket, Massachusetts (Project).
