Contractor shall supply all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform services in a workmanlike manner in accordance with all standard industry practices and properly dispose of all accumulated debris for the removal of carpeting and cove base and replace with ROPPE rubber tile exactly as shown in the photo below. This work willbe done in five (5) classrooms, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5. The substrate willbe prepped in accordance withmanufacturer's recommendations and standard practices for this type of demolition & installation. All cove-base will be replaced in all rooms tomatch adjacent rooms. Scope of Work: o Demo - Remove all existing carpeting and any mastic, glues and/or residue to reveal a clean and level substrate. o Demo - All cove-base. o Prepare all surfaces to accept new materials. Skim-coat/patch if necessary. o Install new ROPPE rubber tile in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. o Install new cove-base (to match) according to manufacturer's recommendations. o The contractor is responsible for all permitting, cleanup, and proper disposal of all materials Each roomis approximately 870 square feet. Measurements of each space are the sole responsibility of the contractor. Complete clean-up of the site and disposal of allmaterials removed, and debris is the responsibility of the contractor and should be included in the bid. The contractor is NOT to use the school dumpster for any reason.
