Site work for a mixed-use development in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Town of Nantucket acting through the Nantucket Airport Commission invites sealed bids for the South Apron Expansion Project. The project includes the construction of approximately 40,000 square yards of the South Apron Expansion at ACK. Construction will include the installation of: erosion control measures, surplus material stockpile, subbase course, base course, asphalt base and surface course, drainage infrastructure, airfield and general electrical infrastructure, security cameras, and noise monitoring systems. No hard copy bids will be accepted. Last day for questions: June 30, 2023 AIP No. 3-25-0033-TBD-2023 CONTRACT TIME: If only the Base Bid work is awarded, the contract time is One Hundred-Twenty (120) calendar days. The contract time for Additive Alternate No. 1 (if awarded) will have no additional calendar days. For award of the Base Bid and Additive Alternate No. 1 the total contract time is One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. The contract time for Additive Alternate No. 2 (if awarded) is Thirty (30) calendar days. For award of the Base Bid, Additive Alternate No. 1 and Additive Alternate No. 2 the total contract time is One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days.
