Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Scope :The project includes the removal of existing fire alarm systems and associated conduit, wiring, power, etc. and installation of new fire alarm systems and associated conduit, wiring, power, etc. throughout the existing Davie Hall building on the University of North Carolina campus in Chapel Hill, NC. The work will also include patching, repair, etc. of existing building finishes in support of new fire alarm system component installation as identified in the Contract Documents Bonds will not be required for this project Last day for questions is before 8am on May 29, 2023 Liquidated Damages Within the Supplementary General Conditions, $200 each calendar day in excess of the stated final completion date.
