Reference Number 0000321490 Bid Intent Not Available Question Acceptance Deadline 06/05/2023 02:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Speedway Blvd (WCR 10) has a 1/2 mile asphalt section between the I-25 Frontage Road and York St that has failed. There are plans for a full roadway reconstruction in the future, approximately 3 years out. In the interim, the City wishes to perform some maintenance to improve the driving surface. The temporary fix will include asphalt pulverization, where the existing asphalt is milled and left in place, to be compacted as new subgrade followed by Chip Seal.
