Reference Number 0000344897 The City of Dacono seeks a qualified consulting firm to provide professional planning, urban design, and public meeting facilitation services to prepare a Dacono City Center Master Plan. The project study area encompasses 127 acres, excluding street rights-of-way. The City Center site borders Grandview Boulevard (WCR 12) on the south, Colorado Boulevard (WCR 13) on the west, Second Street on the north, and Forest Avenue, Glen Creighton Drive, and the Sullivan Ditch on the east.
