Estimated annual quantity for 2023 is 1,000,000 lbs. Proposers may request additional information by submitting their questions via email to: Jacquelyn Bagby, jbagby@bpu.com and purchasing@bpu.com Questions Due: 6/5/2023 If the contract is in excess of $100,000.00, or if otherwise required by the Department of Purchasing and Supply, submit a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. If the contract is in excess of $100,000.00, or if otherwise required by the Department of Purchasing and Supply, submit a payment bond in the amount of 100%. The BPU reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive irregularities therein, and all Proposers agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the BPU for any penalty of any kind brought against the BPU because of such rejections.
