Estimated annual quantity for 2023 is 450,000 lbs Bid Bond none Question Deadline 06/05/2023 The BPU reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive irregularities therein, and all Proposers agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the BPU for any penalty of any kind brought against the BPU because of such rejections. If the contract is in excess of $100,000.00, or if otherwise required by the Department of Purchasing and Supply, submit a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
