The contractor shall install (20) kitchen cabinets total. The contractor shall remove and replace flooring in 20 units. The contractor is required to furnish all materials, labor, transportation, tools, and equipment and perform all work. Demolishing work . The contractor will demolish and remove all existing cabinets . The contractor will remove the existing flooring in bedrooms, Kitchen and Common Areas . The contractor will provide roll-offs Flooring/wall . The contractor shall install baseboard floor tiles . The contractor shall install Waterproof Vinyl Plank Flooring (color determined by Grambling representative) . The contractor shall seal with waterproof floor before proceeding with the Vinyl Flooring. . The contractor shall install new rubber baseboards . The contractor shall patch and paint walls. Painting . Paint walls in toilet area, around cabinets, bedrooms, common area and kitchen Kitchen Cabinets/ Plumbing, Fixtures and accessories Install plumbing fixtures and accessories as indicated, in accordance with manufacturer's written instructions, applicable codes and regulations, and in accordance with recognized industry practices to ensure that installation complies with requirements and serves intended function. . Purchase and Install Shaker Style Cabinets and Accessories in 20 units (color determined by Grambling representative) . Purchase and Install Granite countertops in 20 units . Install 20 Microwave- provided by the university . Replace old sinks . Install new traps for each fixture in the kitchen if needed . Furnish the following plumbing products . PPR Pipes: for hot and cold-water supply . The contractor is responsible to clean up daily after working. All cleanups should be done and completed before leaving. . The Contractor will be responsible for providing all tools necessary for the proper completion of this project. This will include, but not be limited to, ladders, scaffolding, mixers, power tools, and hand tools. . Campus Living & Housing will designate a specific place for on-site storage of tools and materials. Storage areas shall be always kept neat and clean. . The contractor will have until July 20, 2023, to complete 12 of the 20 rooms. The contractor will perform in business day / weekends and holidays if needed . Personnel: The Contractor will provide both skilled and unskilled labor force, as determined by the Contractor, to complete this project. At no time unskilled laborers will be left on this project unsupervised. Bid Bond of 5% will be required Performance Bond of 50% will be required Deadline to Receive Inquiries: June 8, 2023
