Work will include the installation of subfloor, flooring, walls, and interior finishes that are in line with district standards and in accordance with local code. The Scope of Work includes the following: o Establish safety controls and work area perimeter using caution tape and proper signage. o Set up dust containment barriers. o Manipulation of any remaining classroom contents as needed. o Reset OR Replacement of full-height cabinet - Reset may require repair and/or paint touch-up. o Re-installation of the sink and associated plumbing. Note: Inspection of plumbing connections will determine whether replacement or repair of connections is needed. o Re-installation or Replacement of laminate countertop/backsplash. o Re-installation or Replacement of lower cabinet - Reset may require repair and/or paint touch-up. o Replacement of rubber base at the perimeter of the floor. o Replacement of glue-down carpet removed during mitigation/remediation services. Includes all necessary prep work. o Note: Replacement of all is recommended but not included. o Re-attach electrical chase at all walls before mitigation/remediation services. o Test of electrical following re-installation of the electrical chase. o Test/Inspection of the HVAC system associated with the classroom. o Re-attach the cold air return cover. o Replacement of ceiling tiles removed during mitigation/remediation services. Note: Replacement of all may be necessary o pending availability of matching - not included. o Replacement of tack-board removed during mitigation/remediation services. o Replacement of drywall removed during mitigation/remediation services. o Replacement of wall insulation removed during mitigation services. o Replacement of above-grid insulation removed during mitigation/remediation services. o Replacement of crawlspace insulation - below the sub-floor. o Replacement of sub-floor removed during mitigation/remediation services. o HEPA vacuum and perform a detailed final clean of all vertical and horizontal surfaces upon exiting the classroom. o Package all waste in 4 mil poly bags. o Includes fees associated with the disposal of all construction debris. o Determination of REPLACE, REPAIR/REUSE, or REUSE of any and all fixtures to be made in conjunction with representatives of TRUSD. o All labor associated with REPLACE, REPAIR/REUSE, or REUSE included. o All project management and supervisor labor are included. o All labor calculated at prevailing wage labor rates pursuant to trade category. o Good housekeeping practices outside of the contained work area throughout the project, keeping the site free of trash, debris, etc.
