The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to define Napa County's minimum requirements, solicit proposals, and gain adequate information by which the County may evaluate the services rendered by Proposers. The Napa County Office of Emergency Services is seeking written proposals from firms to update the County's Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and Annexes. The update will include all elements required by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services May 22, 2023 Questions Due by 5:00 p.m. (PST) June 16, 2023-July 7, 2023 County review period & Negotiations. July 10, 2023 Intent to Award Notifications sent out July 18, 2023 Contract approval and contract start date Please provide information on how you will control project costs to ensure all work is completed within the negotiated budget for the project. Please provide a cost/budget for each task of the project. Invoices should include number of hours per task/milestone and associated hourly rate(s). Include the name and title of the individual responsible for cost control. Proposals received over $70,000 will not be considered. The County reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or any part of a Proposal if it is determined it is not in the best interest of the County
