Partrick Road Bridge The work for the project generally consists of roadway demolition, excavating the fill slope below the roadway, installing drainage, reconstructing the slope by compacting lifts and installing geosynthetics, installation of a 6" waterline and repaving. Refer to the Plans and Specifications for more details. The Contractor shall possess a Class "A" license at the time of contract award. No bid will be considered unless it is made on a blank form furnished by the County Engineer of Napa County and is made in accordance with the provisions of the proposal requirements and conditions set forth under the Standard Specifications of the State California, Department of Transportation, except as modified in the above referred to Special Provisions. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety.
