The County of Napa is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional firms to provide construction management services as required for replacement for three of its HBP-funded bridges over the next few years. The scope of work, in general, includes full professional services associated with administration and construction management services for these bridge projects in conformance with FHWA, Caltrans, and County requirements. The selected firm shall provide a field site representative who is a licensed professional civil engineer in the State of California and will function as the Resident Engineer. The County reserves the right to reject any or all submittals. The County has established and Caltrans has approved a DBE goal of 20%.
