This project will include survey preparation of engineering report, design engineering/plans and specifications, permitting, prequalification of bidders, bidding and award, construction oversight and administration and construction close-out and provision of as-constructed drawings and an overhead map identifying burial plot locations. The City reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in the selection process and also reserves the right not to award the project. It is the Citys intent to award one contract for these services. The City reserves the right to accept a firm that is most advantageous to the City. Selection will be made based on evaluation factors of past performance and experience with municipal cemeteries, experience with similar projects, and professional personnel. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Jonathan Hogan, Public Works Operations Manager, is the Citys contact for further information. Please note that any request for information or contact with elected officials of the City of Lenoir regarding this Request for Qualifications will result in disqualification. Any request for clarification of the Request for Qualifications shall be directed by email only to jon.hogan@ci.lenoir.nc.us.
