Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Princeton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Township of Princeton, is issuing an invitation for Stipulated Price Bids from General Contractors to construction a building for Public Works. 1. Pre-engineered Building complete with a mezzanine, auto repair workshop space on the open area and staff room, offices and service areas on the main floor on the area of mezzanine and storage and mechanical room at the mezzanine level. Limited areas for exterior work, including partial asphalt areas for parking lot and gravel on the remaining as per drawings. 2. Location: Lot 2, DL932 KDYD Plan. 3. The main entrance canopy will be supplied and installed by the Owner. Construction of the canopy may occur at the same time as the building construction. Coordination will be required between the building contractor and the canopy contractor.
