A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Town of Champdoré must accompany each tender. A public opening of tenders will take place at the offices of the Town of Champdoré (at the address above) immediately following the close of the tendering period. No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Construction Services Regulation 2022-78 under the Procurement Act 2022-306.
