The City of Delta is seeking qualified contractors to provide pressure washing and related cleaning services for buildings, roofing, and outdoor recreation areas on an "as and when requested" basis. The contractors shall provide a fully turn-key service, providing all labour and equipment needed to complete each job. Services will be requested through two City departments: Facilities Operations (for Delta's municipal buildings) and Parks Operations (for outdoor spaces such as seating areas, sports courts, and trails).
