A. This contract is for the Contractor related permitting, construction, testing, start-up, and warranty work and other work related to the Waste Water Treatment Facility Replacement as shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications. A summary of the work to be performed is described in the Invitation to Bid. B. Contractor acknowledges the location of existing piping shown on the drawings may vary from the existing conditions shown on the drawings, and the contractor shall be required to make reasonable deviations from the design to construct a fully operational system as intended by the design. Contractor shall perform these types of design modifications at no additional cost to the owner for similar construction work efforts. All bid questions must be received via email prior to Friday June 27, 2025, at 5 pm local time to Eduardo Oviol (eoviol@pennoni.com) to be answered The City of Eagle Lake, Florida is soliciting bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, administration, supervision, insurance coverage, and any other facilities and services necessary to successfully construct, start-up, and warranty the completed Project (Lift Station Replacement Phase 2). The Project is generally described as construction of two replacement lift stations: Lift Station No. 2 and Lift Station No. 5. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bids in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the interests of the City.
