Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Eagle Lake, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for asbestos abatement for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Contractor that submits the overall lowest price for demolition services, to include asbestos containing material described more fully in the attached Asbestos Survey. If the structure has been deemed unsafe by the Building Official, all material shall be considered to be Regulated Asbestos Containing Material (RACM) and removed, transported, and disposed of according to Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) regulations .To obtain a copy of the Asbestos Surveys & Photos for DQ 24-012, 610 Cameron Road and 7 Grove Park Lane, Eagle Lake demolition project Question Deadline: 10/11/2023 at 10:00 AM ET. Baselice at mikebaselice@polk-county.net and must be received prior Questions received after the stated date and time will not be considered. The Procurement Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes and/or to award on an individual item basis or an overall low, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
