“The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors." As of Aug 1, 2023 the project is anticipated to be awarded after 30 days . The City is interested in improving cellular communications for our residents. It is recognized that there are challenges with the deployment of new cellular communications technology, and the objective of the City in issuing the RFP is to aid and encourage the development of new supporting facilities. The City has the ability to enter into a long-term lease for the use of the city property for the development and operation of a cellular communications tower facility. The City of Boulder City, Nevada, a municipal corporation located at 401 California Avenue, Boulder City, Nevada (the "City") is seeking proposals from Respondents who are knowledgeable in and have the ability to plan, finance, develop, construct, maintain and operate a cellular communications tower Facility. The City is seeking proposals from Respondents to develop, operate and maintain the new cellular communications tower facility as a simple land lease from the City. The City must comply with Nevada Revised Statutes relating to the disposal of property, and the minimum acceptable lease value is Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) per month. The respondent needs to consider the value of the facility operations and necessary ongoing maintenance as part of the project cost in evaluating the viability of their proposal.
