As of May 24 the project is set to be awarded on June 8, Council Meeting . The Work consists of Construction of a 9,443 square foot school building. The school building consists of a flex room, three classrooms, open offices, restrooms, an electrical room, a telecommunications room, a storage room, a kitchen, and associated support spaces. This school building will be part of the St. Jude's Healing Center, which is also a part of the St. Jude's Ranch for Children in Boulder City, Nevada. This education building is being concurrently built with St. Jude's Healing Center. Contractor is to anticipate coordination activities with that contractor's work in performance of this work. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of AB, B.
