The Las Vegas Valley Water District invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for the purchase of one (1) HVAC Scroll Water Chiller and related components for SNWA Comms Room. This contract is a one-time purchase in accordance with the bid specifications and conditions. Purchases to be FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid. This contract is a onetime purchase. 65 Nominal Ton Scroll Chiller • Capable of operation in Nevada design day of 108.5°F at full capacity. • Six (6) partially redundant scroll compressors with internal acoustic lining for improved acoustic • performance. o Two independent refrigerant circuits for improved performance and turndown. • Four (4) partially redundant condenser fans with acoustic silencers for improved acoustic performance. • R-410A refrigerant • Grade mounted on equipment curb with vibration isolation equipment. o Footprint and clearances coordinated with surrounding at proposed location. • 58° supply water temperature for sensible-only cooling and improved humidity control within the white • space. • Premium efficiency operation • 480V 3Ph power • Basis of design: Trane CGAM
