Site work and outdoor lighting for a military facility in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.
*As of August 22, 2023, the bids are still pending at the owner. Building(s) will be occupied during performance of work under this Contract. Occupancy notifications will be posted in a prominent location in the work area. Before work is started, arrange with the GDR a sequence of procedure, means of access, space for storage of materials and equipment, and use of approaches, corridors, and stairways. The work includes: 1. Modify doors to meet code for egress requirements for the overall ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval System) area. 2. Document and repair the in-rack sprinkler system for the Unit Load area of the ASRS Tarea. 3. Replace lighting throughout the ASRS area with LED fixtures and modern lighting controls. 4. Replace HVAC system in the upper Admin area of ASRS 5. Replace the acoustic ceiling tile system in the upper Admin area ASRS. 6. Install a fire alarm/mass notification system in the upper Admin areas of ASRS. 7. Enclose and insulate area above the upper Admin area of ASR as described in the accompanying drawings and incidental related work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
