This is a hybrid service contract for schedued maintenance (firm fixed price) and unscheduled emergency repairs (time and material) for all components of the traffic control and lighting system throughout Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA. See attached douments for more information. Offerors are advised to submit any questions regarding this solicitation in writing no later than 4:00 p.m. three days prior to closing, to the contract specialist via email at: Deborah.Belak.civ@army.mil. Answers to questions will be posted in the same way the solicitation is posted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be synopsized in the same manner as this solicitation. Offeror is advised to acknowledge all amendments issued to the solicitation with their proposal by signing and including one copy of the amendment with their proposal.
