Project includes the reconstruction of the Port of Everett's floating fuel dock. Work includes, but is not limited to: demolition and disposal of existing floating docks; extracting and disposal of creosote treated timber piles; design, fabrication, and delivery of a new approximately 500-foot long floating concrete dock; furnishing and installing galvanized steel pipe piles; constructing two on-float timber framed buildings; furnishing and installation of a new fuel system including re-purposing of existing fuel dispensers; furnishing and installing water and sanitary sewer systems; furnishing and installing electrical and communications systems including power pedestals, light poles, and service to the two on-float building structures; and all other Work as shown and as specified for a complete and operable facility. This Work is being funded in part by a Department of Defense OLDCC grant. Work occurring in-water is subject to calendar date restrictions as governed by applicable Authorities Having Jurisdiction. The Work shall be substantially complete on or before May 1, 2025. Physical completion shall be on or before May 30, 2025 per the conditions of the OLDCC Grant.
