Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Upgrades to the Parkland sanitary forcemain. The project objectives are as follows: (1) Develop options for removal, replacement or rehabilitation of the existing blowoffs (2) with isolation valves, isolation gate valves (2), and air valves (21) on the Parkland FM, including all associated piping, appurtenances and connections to the main forcemain; (2) Complete the detailed design for the preferred option determined by the ACRWC at each location. These designs will be tender ready for construction as planned capital projects as part of the program and will also be available to facilitate emergency repair or replacement work. (3) Develop an implementation plan to guide the multi-year replacement program including budgeting and scheduling. TIMELINE: The owner is seeking proposals from consultants for detailed design services. Final IFT drawings and specifications. IFT package should be completed by October 31, 2023. Further update pending award of contract. *Budget is unreleased.
