The Alberta Capital Region Wastewater Commission (ACRWC) invites proposals for Biosolids Hauling (hereinafter Proposals) from Alberta Capital Region Wastewater Treatment Plant. The resulting agreement (hereinafter Agreement or Contract) is intended to commence October 1, 2023, and end September 30, 2026 with 2 separate 1-year extensions. Please note the time and date for an OPTIONAL site meeting. The Commission is seeking Proposals from proponents (hereinafter Proponents or Contractor) the trucking industry to provide transportation services for liquid biosolids for a period of three (3) years with 2 separate 1-year extensions. This Contract is anticipated to commence October 1, 2023 (hereinafter the Project). The Work includes the provision of transportation services for liquid biosolids from the Alberta Capital Region Wastewater Treatment Plant located in the County of Strathcona, to the Edmonton Waste Management Centres Clover Bar Lagoons (more particularly described in the attached as Schedule A hereto) (hereinafter the Work).
