Locations: 1) Brentwood Street-16' Slide Gate with new 4" nylon rollers and open away from building. 2) Garrison Street-21' Slide Gate 3) Clish Road- 12' Slide Gate with new 4" nylon rollers. - 8' x 4' Walk Gate include 3" posts with bulldog hinges for access in case the automated gates don't open. The new walk gate will be cut into the existing fence line. Automated Gates Furnish and install three (3) High Traffic Commercial Single Sliding operator, 24 VDC, primary gates with In-Ground Loops & 2-EDI Loop. The gate system shall compliance with UL325/ASTM F2200. Note: Power wiring to be installed by others. Plus one walk gate. Locations: 1) Brentwood Street-16' Slide Gate with new 4" nylon rollers and open away from building. 2) Garrison Street-21' Slide Gate 3) Clish Road- 12' Slide Gate with new 4" nylon rollers. - 8' x 4' Walk Gate include 3" posts with bulldog hinges for access in case the automated gates don't open. The new walk gate will be cut into the existing fence line. b. Fencing Furnish and install 8' commercial grade galvanized chain link fence. All the posts will be set in soil with concrete. The fence will include a bottom tension and will not have barber wire. Locations: 1) Brentwood Street-approximately 44' fencing 2) Garrison Street-approximately 10' fencing 3) Clish Road (Exit Only)- approximately 12' fencing. c. Existing Gates The existing gates will be removed and stacked at a desired location identified by the Parks and Recreation staff.
