Renovation of a parking garage in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Respondents or their sub-contractors must be licensed to perform all filed of required work in North Carolina. Participation of minority-owned and women-owned businesses is encouraged. A Bid Deposit is NOT required for this Project. Guilford County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Any and all DOCUMENT CLARIFICATION REQUEST concerning the bid documents are to be emailed to the office of the Engineer, WGI, Inc., to the attention of Juan Sanchez, Email with a copy to Andrew (Ian) Huffman Email and website Any and all DOCUMENT CLARIFICATION REQUEST concerning the bid documents are to be emailed to the office of the Engineer, WGI, Inc., to the attention of Juan Sanchez, juan.sanchez@wginc.com with a copy to Andrew (Ian) Huffman ahuffman@guilfordcountync.gov and DG_Purchasing@guilfordcountync.gov The Architect has made every effort to set form in the Bid Document the complete scope of the Work. Nevertheless, minor omissions and discrepancies shall not excuse the bidder from providing a price to totally complete the project in accordance with the intent of these documents. 1. Bring any conflicts and discrepancies to the attention of the Architect prior to submission of an executed bid form 2. After execution of the Contract, no extra charges will be allowed for items of work where such concluded to conform to normal construction practices and methods.
