Renovation of a residential development in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services As of August 20, 2025, this project has been completed. The Contractor will replace the HVAC equipment at Astor Dowdy Towers, located at 701 East Green Drive, High Point, NC.. The Contractor will replace the two (2) existing Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) units serving living spaces on floors 2-8, including tying the units into existing ductwork, replacing electrical connections, and other components necessaty for a fully operating and integrated system. The Contractor will connect the DOAS to the agency's Niagara Tridium-based BMS control supervisory headend Contract for work underthisIFB will obligate the Contractorto not discriminate in employment practices. An addendum will be issued by 5:00 p.m. on June 20, 2023.
