This contract consists of furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials to perform regularly Scheduled Maintenance on existing water and sanitary sewer systems, under normal circumstances and Emergency Repairs on existing water and sanitary sewer systems, under emergency circumstances. Work will include, but not limited to, replacing failing, damaged or substandard water and sewer services, fire hydrants, rebuild manholes, make up new taps, and additional work necessary to complete this contract.
