Site work for a water / sewer project in High Point, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sanitary/Drain Line Replacement-Fire Department Headquarters Bids are invited for work as follows as well as all related miscellaneous work: Work under this contract consists of furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials for the City of High Point to replace all sanitary drains, and roof drains in the lower level. All drains are to be schedule 40 PVC, and remove and dispose of all debris. The contractor will have to obtain any necessary permits. Completion- 60 calendar days Questions concerning this bid are due in writing via email by: Wednesday, April 12, 2023 by 12:00PM to the attention of Libby Rush at libby.rush@highpointnc.gov Payment & Performance Bonds: ( NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT) *Failure to execute/sign this bid properly prior to submittal shall render the bid invalid and it WILL BE REJECTED. Late bids will NOT be accepted.
