Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The City of Chickasha, Oklahoma is accepting sealed proposals for Storm Sewer and Pavement Repairs. The project consists of removing existing pavement, storm sewer pipes and structures and installing new storm sewer pipes and structures and pavements at the intersection of 14th Street and Missouri Avenue in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Bids shall be made in accordance with this Invitation for Bids and the Bidding Documents. It is the sole responsibility of the proponent to ensure that this proposal is actually in the City Hall of the City of Chickasha prior to the expiration of the time and date stated above. Bids may be delivered in person, by mail, delivery service, fax or e-mail. Fax bids to 405-222-6004. E-mail bids to Susan.mcdaniel@chickasha.org. Technical questions should be emailed to Jim Crosby at jim.crosby@chickasha.org or by calling 405-222-6080. Upon consideration of the proposals,the City of Chickasha reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities and to make any investigaton deemed necessary concerning the proponent's ability to provide the services as covered by the specifications, and to accept what in their judgment is the most advantageous proposal. Due to the type of project this is, the contractor will be able to make purchases exempt from use taxes and sales taxes on this project.
