Site work for a water / sewer project in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work under this Project consists of the installation of Boat Slips F and Dock T at the James City County Marina to include: 1. Demolish existing 12" butt diameter pile at the end of the existing finger pier as indicated on Sheet 7.01. The pile will be removed down to a minimum of -4 feet MLW prior to floating dock installation. Existing pile guide is to be salvaged and reused. 2. Fabrication, delivery and installation of complete pre-engineered floating dock systems, consisting of wood frame with composite decking, anchorage, piles, pile guides, cleats and dock bumper. 3. Installation cannot begin prior to October 31, 2023. All questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Linda Hodges, Deputy Director or Purchasing no later than 12:00 P.M., on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, in writing via e-mail to: linda.hodges@jamescitycountyva.gov. An Addendum will be issued by James City County Purchasing. Note: Electrical and plumbing work is to be completed under separate contract following installation of the work under this contract. This work under this project is approved under Department of the Army application (NAO-2013-00968 VMRC#19-V0934).
