The Work under this Project consists of and not limited to providing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, quality assurance, and other services as required to clean (pressure wash interior and exterior of water storage tanks); Contractor shall remove sediment, this shall be considered a part of the contractor's means and methods. The sediment can be removed with a pressure washer and vacuum pump or through drain fittings. Preparing a "pre and post" report on interior and exterior tank surface conditions; surface preparation of interior and exterior surfaces of water storage tanks, and exterior surfaces of piping, conduits, pumps and motors, and appurtenances, building interiors (to include walls, ceiling, and floor); coating application of interior and exterior surfaces of water storage tanks, and exterior surfaces of piping, conduits, pumps and motors, and appurtenances, building interiors (to include walls, ceiling, and floor); and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents and these specifications.
