**As of July 12, 2023 project was awarded to Seamair Construction, Inc, awarded amount is $355,754.80 .** The project includes replacement of existing vitrified clay pipe drains and construction of a plastic drains around the perimeter of the dam's spillway underdrains with some ancillary site improvements at the City of San Luis Obispo Whale Rock Dam. The fixed liquidated damages amount is established at $500 per day for failure to complete the work within the contract time. The City of San Luis Obispo reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive any informality in a bid.
