The Trustees of The California State University are seeking qualified contractors and service providers to perform various projects and services. The University will establish a shortlist of qualified licensed contractors and service providers for possible future Minor Capital projects ranging in value from $5,000.00 to $1,103,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. In general the work will consist of, remove, replace, repair, remodel, renovate, construct and/or maintain: Includes, but not limited to demolition, miscellaneous site improvements, flooring, walls, doors, door hardware, glazing, painting and wall decorating, lathing and plastering, roofing and sheet metal, mechanical and plumbing systems electrical and telecommunications systems, audio and video systems, radio and communications systems, security and surveillance systems, fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems and signage. DVBE: The Trustees require a minimum of 3% DVBE participation. The Trustees are granting a bid incentive for bid evaluations purposes only to bidders that exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirement.
