Repair and replace damaged sections of jail from water The County retains the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any or all responses for any reason set forth in the Countys Procurement Policy and may choose to re-procure at the discretion of the Board of County Commissioners. Main St., LaBelle, FL 33935 ) Clean the concrete floor and remove and replace the water damaged affected plywood. FIRST FLOOR 1) Remove and replace commercial grade tile floor coverings with crack suppressant underlayment base. Remove and replace areas of affected ceilings and light fixtures. Paint hallways, kitchen, storage hall, and storage room. 2) In men's hallway restroom remove and replace the ceiling tiles and paint. 3) In women's hallway restroom remove and replace the ceiling tiles, dry-wall tiles, vanity, and paint. 4) In Sheriff's Secretary office replace the baseboards, tile floor coverings with crack suppressant underlayment. Replace areas of water damage affected ceiling tiles and paint. 5) In Sheriff's office replace carpet, baseboards, and paint. 6) In Sheriff's bathroom remove and replace vanity. 7) In main IT's (Information Technology) room detach and reset the floating floor, clean and paint the area below the floating floor. 8) In the conference room remove and replace commercial grade laminate flooring, remove and replace water damaged affected areas of the drywall ceiling, baseboards, and paint. 9) In the Evidence room scrape the water damaged areas of the wall/ceiling and paint. 10) In the Accounts Payable Office paint the ceiling. 11) In Finance office, Captain's office and Records office scrape the water damaged areas of the walls/ceiling and paint. 12) In the Lobby remove and replace water damaged areas. Scrape the walls and ceilings that were affected and paint. 13) In Lobby Restrooms remove and replace the drywall ceiling and paint
