Major quantities for the Work include: 24,900 SQ YD Micromilling (P) 24,900 SQ YD Ultrathin Bonded Wear Course (P) 1,750 LIN FT 4-Inch Yellow Epoxy Striping Broken (Applied Material) 2,500 LIN FT 4-Inch Solid White - Epoxy 450 SQ FT Crosswalk Striping - Epoxy 200 SQ FT Stop Bar Striping - Epoxy The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located on: 12 th Ave from Main Street to Kraft Drive 8 th Ave NW from Main Street to Railroad Ave Railroad Ave from 3rdAve to 8 th Ave 3 rd Ave NW from Railroad Ave to 1 st St NW Additional Description: Paper Bids shall be on the form provided for that purpose and according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by SEH dated June 2, 2023. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3.
