The major work to be constructed under this project is as follows: Bituminous seal coat the surface ofthe following streets: Street Sealcoat Maintenance Preliminary quantity estimates for bidding purposes is 47,560 sq. yards. A cash deposit, certified check or bid bond for at least five percent (5%) of the total quote amount must accompany the proposal. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of twenty (20) days after the date set for the quote opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and waive any irregularity
