Great River Greening suggests interested firms consider the Work Plan and Specifications, which provides a full description of the requested project services, before submitting a proposal and quote. Great River Greening's staff ecologists will evaluate the proposals and quotes. Great River Greening reserves the right to request additional information in support of the proposal and reserves the right to select or reject any or all proposals when deemed to be in the best interest of Great River Greening. Great River Greening is not obligated to respond to any proposals submitted and is not legally bound in any manner whatsoever by the submission of a proposal. The proposal submitted will be requested to restore and enhance prairie, oak savanna and woodland communities as detailed in the Work Plan & Specifications. Due to grant budgets being built prior to the prevailing wage language change in 2024 we require all interested parties to submit budgets on all line items listed (not including bid alternates). We reserve the right to negotiate with the awarded bidder to stay within the grant budget. This could be in the form of reduced acres, activities and/or scope.
