The Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services has asked for assistance with the Programming and design of the DABS Warehouse Expansion in Salt Lake City. The Programming for this Project will build on the Feasibility Study that was completed last year. Construction Budget: $72,000,000.00 The initial contract award will be for programming only. After satisfactory completion of the programming, DFCM may award design services to the programming consultant. The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method.
