Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of September 27, 2024, this project has been cancelled. Question Deadline 09/01/2023 at 2:00 PM MT Designer will evaluate the existing concrete structure to determine suitability to install a roof level tie-off system capable of meeting applicable Code, OSHA, and ANSI requirements for window washing Designer shall prepare a set of construction documents, including calculations, drawings and specifications as required, to describe the work, to install the new tieoff system. Construction documents will be bid by GSD to Contractors through the Utah Public Procurement Place. Designer will attend any pre-bid meeting(s) to present the Project to Contractors. Designer will provide services to administer the construction contract including, but not limited to: attendance at weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings, review of shop drawings and other submittals, and observation of installation work.
