Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) seeks an experienced and qualified firm for the training, management, supervision, and completion of the custodial responsibilities. HCI is a prestigious building. Due to this importance and high expectations, we require a well-trained, experienced, custodial crew who will be dressed appropriately, with proper identification. HCI also seeks assistance in the selection and use of equipment, supplies, materials and methods. The contractor shall provide adequate personnel, trained in proper cleaning and janitorial methods and techniques to properly and satisfactorily maintain the facility on a day to day basis during the scheduled times indicated.
