Project is cancelled. The Project consists of: construction oftenant fit-out modifications to suite 108 of the office space located at 166 Boulder Dr. to temporary house a portions of the Fitchburg Public Library. The scope of work as attached includes modifications of flooring, walls, doors and hardware, painting Questions and clarifications should be submitted no later than June 12, 2023, at 12:00 noon to: Anthony DiLuzio Associate Director Colliers Project Leaders Email: Anthony.diluzio@collierseng.com Contract will be awarded upon recommendation by the Contracting Department. Contract is only valid once the Mayor has signed the document. Performance Bond Requirements 100% Bond required for projects costing $150,000 or more Payment Bond Requirements 100% Bond required for projects costing $150,000 or more Bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is not less than five percent (5%) of the value of the bid. This contract is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements and the contractor shall pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with the applicable wage rate schedule from DLS included with the solicitation documents. DCAMM certification and Update Statement must be provided with bid. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the bid
