80 Lunenburg Street Brownfield Cleanup. Last day for questions 09/21/2023. Bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is not less than five percent (5%) of the value of the bid. 50% Bond required for projects costing $150,000 or more.... All information with respect to this solicitation shall be directed through the Chief Procurement Officer, including questions, clarifications, or observations. Bidder shall not contact any City employee, agent, official, department, department head, or agent with regards to this solicitation. Doing so may lead to disqualification of the bid... The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. The City reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the scope of work and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder. If scheduled, potential bidders are requested to attend a pre-bid meeting and site visit. A listing of attendees will be kept. This is not a mandatory meeting.... A bid deposit of at least five percent (5%) of the total project is required. A Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the sum of 50% of the Contract Price will be required of the successful Bidder. Project is subject to compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
